Lumos AI Terms of Service
1. Agreement and service
These terms govern your use of Lumos AI, an AI conversation app operated by Ally, [BUSINESS ADDRESS] ("we", "us"). By accepting these terms, you agree to follow them when using the service. If you do not agree, do not use Lumos AI.
Our Privacy Policy explains how personal information is handled.
2. Eligibility and accounts

Provide accurate account information, keep your sign-in credentials secure and notify aichatlovebb@proton.me of suspected unauthorized access. Do not impersonate another person or use another person's account without authorization.
3. Permission to use Lumos AI
Subject to these terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable permission to use Lumos AI for personal, lawful purposes. We and our licensors retain rights in the app, branding and service technology. Mandatory legal rights and applicable open-source licenses remain unaffected.
4. Acceptable use
- Do not use Lumos AI for illegal activity, fraud, threats, harassment, exploitation or infringement of others' rights.
- Do not create or distribute sexual content involving minors, or content that facilitates abuse or serious harm.
- Do not upload information you lack permission to use, or expose another person's private information without authorization.
- Do not bypass security controls, distribute malware, disrupt the service or attempt unauthorized access.
- Do not misrepresent AI-generated conversations as communications from a real person.
5. AI conversations
You interact with artificial intelligence, not a human. Replies can be inaccurate, incomplete, biased or inappropriate, and similar replies may be generated for other users. Check information before relying on it.
Lumos AI is intended for conversation and entertainment. It does not provide professional medical, legal or financial advice, emergency assistance or a substitute for human relationships and care. For an emergency, contact local emergency services.
6. Your content
You retain any rights you hold in content you submit. You grant us permission to process that content as necessary to provide the service, maintain its security and respond to your support requests, consistent with the Privacy Policy. You are responsible for having the rights needed to submit it.
Rights in AI outputs depend on applicable law and third-party rights. These terms do not promise that outputs are unique, copyrightable or free of third-party claims. Any model training or additional content use must be separately and accurately disclosed in the Privacy Policy.
7. Purchases and subscriptions
If paid features are offered, their price, billing period, included benefits and any trial or renewal conditions must be shown before purchase. [CONFIRM ACTUAL PRODUCTS AND BILLING FLOWS]
Where you choose an automatically renewing subscription, recurring charges apply as disclosed at checkout until you cancel through the purchasing platform. Manage or cancel a store subscription in that store's subscription settings. Deleting Lumos AI or a Lumos AI account does not itself cancel a store subscription.

8. Availability, suspension and termination
Features may change and the service may be interrupted for maintenance, security or other operational reasons. Where required, we will provide notice of material changes affecting paid access and any remedies required by law.
We may restrict or suspend access where reasonably necessary to address a material breach, security threat or legal requirement. Where appropriate and lawful, we will explain the reason and provide an opportunity to contact support.
You may stop using Lumos AI at any time. Request account deletion through [VERIFIED ACCOUNT DELETION PATH] or aichatlovebb@proton.me. Personal information is handled as explained in the Privacy Policy.
9. Disclaimers and responsibility
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided on an "as available" basis without a guarantee of uninterrupted access or error-free AI outputs. You remain responsible for decisions you make using outputs.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability or consumer protections that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for fraud or other matters that applicable law requires us to retain.
10. Law and disputes
